Cancellation by StarLink Academy
In the event that StarLink deems it necessary to cancel or reschedule a course because of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (for example, in the case of accident or illness of the instructor), StarLink Academy will make every effort to place you onto another set of course dates. StarLink Academy is not liable for any travel & lodging expenses and will not credit or refund an order under these circumstances.
StarLink Academy reserves the right to cancel or change course locations and times, giving as much notice as possible. StarLink Academy will not be liable for any losses, and liability is limited to a free re-sit (please refer to our Confirmed Training Session).
Cancellation by Customer
If a customer cancels a Purchase Order that has been invoiced by StarLink due to a change of circumstance beyond StarLink’s control, the cancellation shall be subject to the provisions below.
Cancellation request has to be sent by email otherwise it will NOT be accepted.
Note: Cancellation fees will be as follows:

If Customer cancels the order 2 weeks before the training starts. | 50% chargeable |
If Customer cancels the order 1 week before the training starts. | 100% chargeable |
No-Show
In the case of a no-show, the full fee will be forfeited, and a refund will NOT be given. A no-show is when a registration is made, and the student doesn’t attend the course nor cancels it.

Student Replacement
Customer may replace an Employee registered to attend a course with another Employee, provided that:
- StarLink Academy receives a notification from the customer of this substitution within three (3) business days of the relevant scheduled training
- The Replacement Employee meets the course prerequisites, if any.
