Course Overview

Develop a working knowledge of configuring and managing Infoblox network appliances running NetMRI. Understand automated collection of network device configuration information. Learn how to use the collected information for configuration and change management, network policy management and automated compliance checks and reports. Learn how to gain efficiency by automating repetitive and time-consuming Command Line Interface (CLI) tasks using the Infoblox CCS Scripting language. Study the rules of CCS scripting and explore introductory to advanced scripting solutions in hands-on labs. Discuss how to automate your organization’s existing CLI tasks with CCS scripting. Understand the integration points between the NetMRI and Core DDI products.


Details

This is a comprehensive course for team members who implement and configure or maintain and operate the NetMRI product and want to use Infoblox CCS scripting to automate their Command Line Interface (CLI) tasks.

Attendees should have a working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, SNMP and IP networking and a conceptual understanding of fault, configuration change, and performance management.
